3. Made by enthusiasts.

Such maps are very diverse on accuracy and detailed elaboration. All depends on a level of readiness of the person which developed this map. And in some districts there are no enthusiasts. And if there is a map of such district, as a rule, created by one person.
As to points of interest such maps differ a high degree of detailed elaboration.

I think, that now it became clear, why one maps deliver us to a point of purpose without problems, and others deliver to indistinct places. Though, it is necessary to note, as the navigating software plays the big role in correct navigation.
